For a question or complaint about the service, email info@passhq.co.uk. Describe the issue and the team or account it relates to, without including unnecessary sensitive information about children. This is also the contact address in the existing Terms of Service.
Privacy complaints
The Privacy Policy describes your data rights and explains that you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first. You can find the ICO's own complaint process at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Safeguarding concerns
PASS Football does not replace your club's safeguarding procedures, emergency services or governing-body requirements. For matters involving children's welfare, follow the guidance in our Safeguarding information and your club's procedures.
