These Terms govern use of Coach HQ, the grassroots football team management service. By creating an account, joining a team or using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

Who may use Coach HQ

Coaches, club administrators, parents, guardians and other people authorised by a team may use Coach HQ for legitimate team administration. Coaches and club administrators are responsible for ensuring that team membership, player information and communications are appropriate for their team.

Your account and team information

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not share access codes, impersonate another person or give someone access to team information unless they are authorised to receive it. You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account where permitted by law.

Using the service

Coach HQ may be used to organise fixtures, training, attendance, matchday activity, player development and parent communication. The service supports team administration; it does not replace a club’s safeguarding procedures, professional advice, emergency services or governing-body requirements.

Content and communications

You retain responsibility for the content you add. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, infringing, misleading or inappropriate for a youth football setting. Coaches should publish only information suitable for the intended audience.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Coach HQ available and secure, but online services can be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We may improve, change or retire features where reasonably necessary. Material changes to these Terms will be published at this URL.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict access where needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Coach HQ at any time. Account deletion and data rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
