Coach HQ is for constructive grassroots football administration. Use it in a way that protects players, families, coaches and clubs.

Use Coach HQ respectfully

Do not use Coach HQ to bully, harass, threaten, discriminate against or embarrass anyone. Team communications should be appropriate for the recipients, especially where children and young people are involved.

Protect accounts and data

Do not try to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, collect data without permission or share team information outside its intended audience. Keep access codes and account credentials private.

Do not misuse the service

Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing or deceptive material; introduce harmful code; interfere with the service; or use automated tools to extract information without permission. Do not use Coach HQ for activities unrelated to legitimate team or club administration.

Use safeguarding judgement

Do not use Coach HQ to share unnecessary sensitive information about a child, player or family. Follow your club’s reporting and safeguarding procedures for any concern. See our Children’s Privacy & Safeguarding policy for more information.

What happens if this policy is breached

We may investigate reports of misuse and, where appropriate, limit or suspend access to protect people, the service or legal rights. To report an issue, contact support@coachhq.co.uk.
