AI Features Policy

Coach HQ may offer optional AI-assisted features to help coaches prepare, organise or reflect on team activity. These features are designed to assist people, not replace their judgement.

Coach review is essential

AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular player or team. Coaches must review outputs before acting on or sharing them. Do not treat AI output as medical, legal, safeguarding or professional advice.

Protect player and family information

Only use AI features with information you are authorised to use. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal data, medical details, safeguarding concerns or confidential information into prompts. Follow your club’s policies and the Privacy Policy.

Fair and appropriate use

Do not use AI features to make high-impact decisions about a child or player without meaningful human review. Do not use them to create harmful, discriminatory, misleading or inappropriate content.

Optional service feature

AI features are optional and availability may depend on your account access. We may improve, limit or withdraw an AI feature as the service evolves or where needed for safety, security or compliance.
